Mary is a mental health therapist who believes in the importance of living your best, authentic life and helps guide clients to defining what this means for them. Mary uses an integrated approach- including CBT, DBT, & Narrative therapy- to support clients in working toward their goals in a realistic, manageable, & self-compassionate way.
When Mary is not working she enjoys reading, getting out into nature, creative projects, moving her body, spending time with loved ones, traveling, & community building.

Dr. Katherine Hofmann

Dr. Katherine Hofmann
Dr. Katherine Hofmann is a naturopathic physician specializing in mental health and longevity. She helps people live life on their terms as quickly as possible and for as long as possible.
She graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2019 and completed two years of specialized training on a team of mental health providers. She also completed a full course of craniosacral training through Moving Mountain Institute.
Recognizing that we each have different goals and preferred ways to meet those goals, Dr. Hofmann loves working with her patients to create individualized treatment plans. Some of her favorite tools to use with patients include:

Niki Carr is a holistic Nutritionist. It is her mission to help you discover what makes your unique body feel its best. By bringing together ancient wisdoms and traditions with modern scientific research, she can help you optimize your nutrition to fuel all the important things you do. Beyond just what we eat, our attitudes and habits around nutrition also affect our health. She seeks to empower patients to have a healthy relationship with food and to improve their self-esteem and body image.
She lives in Beaverton, OR with her husband and two children. She feels happiest sitting by the ocean or hiking with friends. She loves the sound of rain and laughter. Things she’d like to do more: camping, yoga, and painting. Over a cup of tea, she’d be honored to assist you on your journey with food.

Matt Howard is the administrative support for Ancora who handles consult scheduling, phones, and emails, with over a decade of experience making sure things run smoothly and efficiently. In his down time he loves to be outside with his lovely wife and their pup enjoying the PNW.
